Conditions of Use
For all online orders from Mags & More these business requirements will need to be.

1 Altogether.
The deliveries and sales the buyers will be made through this AGB's. This also applies for future business with buyers, even when they are not brought up again. These requirements begin as soon as the purchase is made, at the latest when the purchase is received. Rejection of a product is only acceptable when it is written by an associate from Mags & More. Contracts and such with inland and foreign land is German right, In result there must be a contract involved.

2 contracts, prices.
Our items are endless; your order will be processed as soon as you purchase the item- bought the item. We will then send you a statement with your purchase to ensure that you want to still make the purchase. Weight and size of the purchase—or obvious miss prints about our items do not tie us down. We send purchases with the correspondents of the payment and the sending time that was given. If there is an item that cannot be delivered or sent out, you will receive the item as soon as we can get it out.
The contract will only come from Mags & More, if the contract comes from somewhere else, the contract is invalid. In the name of the German you have the right to get an explanation. After your purchase we will send out a message or a notice of what was purchased to be sure that you, the buyer, know what your purchasing, and if the letter is not sent out it will be received with the purchase.

3 deliveries and shipping requirements.
Deliveries will be made to the address of the given buyer.
Delivery dates that are made under contract or not, have to be written out in some way for the to be legal. If there is a problem with a higher right, or higher persons, than there is no possible way that you can sue me or do harm to me, because of the simple fact that it is a higher ruler, such as war, strike, and so forth. But, in the event that something should happen like this you do as the buyer have right to step out of the contract.
If our delivery takes more than three months the buyer is legally allowed to step out of the contract. If the buyer does step out of the contract, he or she may not say the goods were damaged. In this case, we would let you know, with a letter stating there has been a problem.

4 belonging products.
We keep the product that you are trying to purchase until the payment is made for the purchase. When the contract states an address, that address is the only place the product is going to be delivered too; it will not be delivered somewhere else unless it is in the contract. We only fulfill our part of the contract.
If we work ahead, that is going outside of our duty. Basically you always have to go by what is in the contract. The buyer has the right to step out of the contract, but has to have a written piece of paper saying the contract is not valid anymore. If the buyer has ended the contract, the buyer still has to keep the products in their store until told he or she can remove them. If something should happen the our products while in the care of your store, the person in contract should give us the paperwork for the product and let us know right away. In the end if something has happened to the product in your care, you will be notified a price of what you have to pay, since the product is in your care.

5 payments.
Payments are made through PayPal or through bank accounts.

6 callback rights.
Without a given reason for returning the item, the item has to be sent back within two weeks. This two week term begins as soon as you find out your product is being shipped. The address that it has to be sent back on is

6, 1 callback requirements.
If the amount that is owed is not paid you will be receiving a bill of 40, 00 Euro that you will have to pay for not paying the bill you had already owed our company. The item that is being returned has to be returned as the item was found, in the same paper with all things that came with it, and everything that you got, all has to be returned or the item will not be taken back. To send an item back, you have to pay the extra costs yourself.
The extra costs that you have to pay should be written on the packaging. In the end all that you go through to send everything back, will be done through a bank, and will go through everything to make sure everything is correct, especially things done through the bank.
If the buyer is independently running his or her own business that is not a company we will not take the product back that you had attempted to sell.
In most cases the call back right doesn't exist or might be inactive.
Certain things that cannot be returned is:
DVD'- which the safety tape has been taken off.
Books- If the safety tape is removed, as well.
Products that are specialized for the customer, for the customers' personal satisfaction.
Products that are hard to get a hold of or products that have reached the date of sell time.
Products that are made or finished because of a customer's wish, or specified for a customer in a certain way.

6, 2 call back follow up.
In a chance that a callback item is still in good condition and it happens to work we will re-give it out. If an item is in worse condition than it had started out with, it is possible that we ask for money back. If the item that you are trying to return had already been damaged before the purchase, there is the chance that we won't take the item back, because it had been damaged prior to purchase. If the owner of the product, damaged the product after purchase, then when the item is being returned we will deduct a percent off the item that the owner of the product originally paid for, basically you won't get the full amount back that you paid for it.

7 Data Saving.
Information that is given to us is of course saved; personal information is not given to any further person that should not be allowed to see the information. We have to right to save this information, and are letting you know that we do save the information.

8 product responsibility .
When we are done with the product, we will give the product further. When the product is sent to the seller, the seller is then responsible for the product.

9 whole products .
Mags & More will be responsible that the product is in great condition and won't send it further unless it is so. We can use up to 24 months to do so, as long as there is no contract underway.
If there is something wrong with the product, than the seller has up to one week to notify us and tell us there is something wrong with our product. No one else can check the product except for the seller.
The two paragraphs above are only valid for our products, or the products that are being sold to you.

10 late payments.
In payments that are later than 30 days an additional 8% of the amount owed will be added to the cost.

11 financial history.
If something is wrong with the product and the buyer is trying to cancel a contract with us, we will check up on the persons financial history. We do have the right to do that.

12 Salvatoresche Clause.
should there be required things about this AGB that is unworking or not right, with this the working clause, this protects Mags & more.

13 Law.
Rights of the people -ex. Buyer- we have the right to complain about your standing as you have the right to complain about our way of handling things, the way we have the right to do so about you, such as the contract you may have some things you don't agree with in our contract, if you like you may say something about that.

14 your right .
For certain deliveries the rights are given by the The Republic of Germany.
